Independent project

Windowisp is an evolving independent project. Features, availability and release details may change, and support is offered on a reasonable-efforts basis.

Permission to use

You may install and use the beta for lawful personal or internal evaluation purposes, subject to these terms and any licence included with the software. You must not use it to harm systems or people, bypass security, distribute malware, or infringe another person’s rights.

Your pets and artwork

You remain responsible for the prompts, references, artwork, names, and other material you use with the plugin. Only use material you created yourself or have permission to use. CAIUTO AI does not claim ownership of the pet you create.

Third-party services

Windowisp may be designed to work with Windows or other third-party services, which remain subject to their own terms. CAIUTO AI is independent and is not responsible for changes to those services.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the beta and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAIUTO AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of the free beta. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using the beta at any time. We may suspend or end access, or update these terms, when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or development of the beta.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
